Pulsafeeder E Plus Automatic Control Metering Pump | 60 GPD | 150 PSI Chemical Metering Pumps

Pulsatron Pulsafeeder Series E Plus chemical metering pumps have two manual control dials – one dial to adjust the stroke length and one dial for stroke speed adjustment. Additionally, these E plus pumps can be connected to a 4-20mA source to allow remote control of the pump. The Pulsafeeder E Plus LPK5MA-KTC3 chemical metering pump is NSF61 approved to meet even the most stringent regulatory requirements.

The pump liquid ends are built with Kynar (PVDF) and Teflon (TFE) components that are chemically compatible with standard water treatment chemicals such as Aluminum Sulfate, Citric Acid, Coagulants, PAC, Caustic Soda, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite and more. This 60 GPD / 150 PSI pump is available in (3) discharge configurations:

Quick Prime Discharge Valve: Allows pump to discharge fluid back to the solution tank to assist with priming. Can also be used to depressurize the injection line.

Five Function Discharge Valve: Priming, Depressurization, Siphoning Prevention, Pressure Relief

Five Function Degas Discharge Valve: Priming, Depressurization, Siphoning Prevention, Pressure Relief, plus a control dial to vent gas and a small amount of solution back to the solution tank. Highly recommended for pumping sodium hypochlorite (chlorine).

Pumps are 120VAC, 125 strokes per minute, 1/2″ OD tubing. Each pump comes complete with automatic control cable, suction & discharge tubing, foot valve & strainer, ceramic weight and injection valve and the discharge valve of your choice.
