Sodium Metabisulfite can be used as a cleaning agent for potable water reverse osmosis membranes in desalination systems. Can also be used in dechlorination – use 3.0 mg of sodium metabisulphite to remove 1.0 mg of free chlorine.

When purchased per bag (less than skid quantity), bags are placed inside a cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping.
