Chem-Tech XP Adjustable Rate High Pressure Peristaltic Chemical Metering Pumps

Chem-Tech Series XP chemical metering pumps are preferred by many water treatment plant operators because their unique tubing-driven pump heads offer natural degassing and are completely self-priming. This makes them ideal for feeding gaseous chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. High pressure XP Peristaltic pumps have a reinforced peristaltic tube that is designed for installations requiring chemical injection into a pressurized line.

These adjustable dosing rate models feature a single control dial that adjusts the pump on/off cycle time. Rates are infinitely adjustable from 5% to 100%. The cycle time is 2 seconds and the adjustment dial provides the setting percentage as the amount of time that the pump is on in each 2 second cycle. For example, a dial setting of 5% provides a 0.10-second on-time and corresponding 1.90-second off-time. Conversely a setting of 95% provides a 1.90-second on-time and corresponding 0.10-second off-time.

Pump comes complete with a suction strainer, an injection check valve assembly and high pressure norprene tubing with 1/4″ connectors.
